Sales Executive

Job Description: 

TJ Vickers have been established in Shropshire since 1962, making us one of the oldest and most successful family run automotive businesses in the area. 

We have a vacancy in our Telford Sales Department. We are looking for an individual that ideally has a background in sales but not necessarily within the motor industry. The ideal applicant would be confident with customers and work well within our established sales team. We would also like the applicant to be confident on the telephone and possess good computer skills to ensure the customer is looked after well either in person, over the phone or via email. 

We offer a very competitive salary and commission structure that we are happy to discuss with you within the interview process. The pay range provided in this advert is basic salary including commission earnt. We would expect a good sales person to achieve in excess of £35,000 a year including basic salary and commission. Our commission structure is uncapped. 

The applicant must have a Full Driving Licence. 

You will be required to complete a DBS check as part of our compliance procedure due to FCA regulations. 

We are looking for the successful applicant to start the role in January 2026.

Sales rota operated with one regular day off a week and two full weekends off a month rota dependant. 
Monday - Friday 8.30am-6.00pm Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm Sunday 10.30am-4.00pm.
