Courtesy Car Terms and Conditions
When you are taking a courtesy car as part of your service booking please be aware that the following procedure must be completed before you drive away.
- Date and time in and out will be recorded when completing the TJ Vickers Loan Car form and this must be signed by the customer.
- Visual and online DVLA License check will be carried out at all times. National Insurance number is required to complete this.
Please be aware that £500 Insurance excess applies to all claims. However if you take out our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) option for £20 a day the £500 excess will not apply.
