Guess the Corn Cobs Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is T.J. Vickers & Sons Ltd ("the Promoter").
2. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of T.J. Vickers & Sons Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4. To enter, participants must submit their guess for the total number of corn cobs displayed on the Suzuki Swift featured in the competition.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
6. The competition closes at 11:59pm on 9 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.
7. All entrants who correctly guess the number of corn cobs will be entered into a random prize draw.
8. One winner will receive a £40 Battlefield Farm Shop voucher.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible correct entries and will be contacted directly using the details provided on entry.
11. The winner will also be announced on the Promoter's social media channels on or before 31 August 2026.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
13. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name in winner announcements and related promotional activity.
14. Personal data supplied for this competition will only be used for administering the competition and contacting the winner and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
16. The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
