    The experience at T J Vickers Telford was great because Steve Bailey was really friendly and professional. He helped me search for a car that best suited my budget and needs. He has a great knowledge of stock available and also can go into detail on each car for sale that I looked at. The whole process was great from start to finish. Well done Steve you do a great job

    My experience at T J Vickers Shrewsbury was positive because of the professionalism of all sales staff and a conversation with the service department today. Everything was clearly explained. Service was quick and friendly. Staff were approachable and answered all my questions.

    I had a great experience at T J Vickers Shrewsbury because the sales person - Jason - was not pushy like some garages, just showed us the vehicle we were interested in and gave us all the relevant facts and figures.

    I would not recommend T J Vickers Shrewsbury because some aspects of the follow up could have been done better rang the dealership after i had taken ownership of the car the salesman, told me i could call him with any questions. I di the next day and have to say he was a little a little curt on the phone as if he couldn't be bothered . I'd also for someone to get back to me with the cost of of an emergancy wheel (which wasn't supplied) , no one did as i waited 5 days and then gave up . So ended up ringing TJ vickers in Telford who did get back to me by the next day, i will probably get them to survice my car as they are also a bit closer, than the shewsbury branch but thier customer service on the whole was much better it has to be said.
