Don’t waste a second
So you won't find any chicane bends on your way into town, but that
doesn't mean you can't enjoy the ride there. A deep spoiler, mesh grille, low profile tyres, stiffened suspension, and a keen 1.6 engine
makes even the most mundane journey a lot more interesting. With
combined fuel consumption at a healthy 39.2mpg you'll have a lot
more free cash to spend when you get there.

Sit back and enjoy
At Suzuki we just want to make great cars that you'll love driving.
The new Swift Sport comes with MONROE® shock absorbers, twin
exhausts and 17-inch alloys, combining classic sports styling with
a contemporary urban edge.

Cram more excitement into your life
Swift Sport
The new Swift Sport takes the Swift design to another level. Front sports seats, a leather covered steering wheel and stainless steel pedals give you the feeling of true performance. The controls are positioned around you giving you effortless and instant control, with all dashboard information designed to be taken in at a glance.
The radio/CD player is MP3 compatible and, although this is a car set up to ensure maximum thrill, you’ll still find handy cup holders and plenty of space inside.

It can’t help getting noticed
The new Swift makes looking great easy. The wide body and long
wheelbase creates room for more stuff and more fun. In fact the
only thing we've made tricky is choosing which model you want.
GL or GLX, petrol or diesel. The Swift really is one of Europe’s most
talked about cars.

Leave the humdrum behind
Roads can be crowded. Road works can be infuriating. But, when you’re in a Swift, driving doesn’t have to be a chore. Whether you’re heading to the office or the open road, this new supermini has you smiling all the way. IIt’s not just the superb handling, or
the responsive engine. It’s the iconic looks, the way it turns heads, and the fact you can park it in spaces most cars wouldn’t even dream of.

Designed around you
You don't realise how far the Swift can take you until you step inside.
There's space enough for you and your friends and all the little gadgets you carry around with you. Sculptured front seats provide all the comfort and support you need and a well-designed interior places all instruments within perfect sight - with audio controls mounted on the steering wheel for extra control. And if we've forgotten anything, the storage pods all round the cabin mean you can take any extra things you might need. But with the design,
including a sporty looking gearshift and an electromagnetic tailgate that opens at the touch of a button, what more could you really want?

Play hard but play safe
With the new Swift we’ve set out to give you a wide and exciting choice of models to enjoy. But, while we want you to have fun driving them, our engineers have been very serious in incorporating a whole host of impressive safety features. The Swift may be compact, but it's equipped with loads of safety features. Including ABS with EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution) and no fewer than six airbags. But it doesn't stop there. Extensive use of high tensile steel and
side protection beams protect from all angles. There are crumple zones, pre-tensioners and ISOFIX child seat attachments. It even helps protect pedestrians with crushable and impact- absorbing bonnet, wings and front bumper. Euro NCAP was so impressed it awarded the Swift a 4 star rating, one of the few superminis to achieve this.

Always get a response
The new Swift is great for the town; it's agile, nippy and can hold its own in the busiest city traffic. And while these traits are as useful on the streets, they are incredibly exciting when faced with the thrill of a twisting, turning country lane. So with a choice of three petrol
engines mated to 5-speed manual gearboxes you'll have all the power you need. Gear changes are crisp and satisfying, but if you'd prefer there’s the added ease of an automatic on the 5 door GLX.

Flying high
Having established a serious reputation in the Junior World Rally Championship with the Swift, Suzuki are now beginning the final stages of preparation for the World Rally Championships with our SX4. The full WRC programme begins in January 2008 with research and development occurring at rallies throughout 2007.
Our progress will be detailed every step of the way, and each piece of technical feedback we receive directly influences the cars we create for you.
